Shipping policy

Most WearMyVibe products are made to order. Production time and shipping time are separate, and the shipping options available for your cart are shown at checkout.

Production Time

Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days after the order is confirmed.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
  • Personalized, specialty, premium, vendor, high-volume, or production-partner items may take longer.
  • Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an item enters production or fulfillment.

U.S. Shipping Rates

Standard U.S. shipping is free. Any other shipping options available for your cart are shown at checkout.

  • Standard U.S. shipping has no order minimum.
  • Shipping options may vary by product, destination, carrier availability, and checkout address.
  • International shipping rates, duties, taxes, and destination-country charges may still apply where international shipping is available.

Delivery Estimates

After production is complete, standard U.S. delivery usually takes 3-7 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

  • Carrier delays, holidays, weather, incorrect addresses, and other events outside our control may affect delivery timing.
  • If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive in separate packages.
  • Tracking is sent by email when tracking is available for the selected shipping method.

Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address before placing your order. WearMyVibe is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an address mistake, contact us immediately at wearmyvibe@outlook.com. We will do our best to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed after production or fulfillment begins.

Delayed, Missing, Or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, please check your delivery location, household members, neighbors, front desk, mailroom, or building management first. Some carriers mark packages delivered before final drop-off.

For damaged packages, keep the item and packaging and email clear photos to wearmyvibe@outlook.com.

International Shipping

International shipping is only available when it appears at checkout for your cart and destination. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other destination-country charges. Those charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless they are clearly collected at checkout.
