Returns
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or less than perfect, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will make it right with a replacement, refund, store credit, or another support-approved solution.
Exchanges
Sometimes something just does not work out. When possible, we may help with a replacement, store credit, or another fair solution for size, style, color, or customization concerns within 30 days of delivery.

- Your order number.
- The email address used at checkout.
- A short description of the issue.
- Clear photos of the item, the issue, and the packaging if the item arrived damaged.
Please keep the item and packaging while we review your request in case we need more details.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees may not be refundable unless the issue was caused by WearMyVibe, a production partner, or an eligible carrier problem. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
WearMyVibe reserves the right to deny exchanges, returns, or refunds, including for fraud, suspected fraud, abuse, or policy misuse. Returns valued over $250 before discounts may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
