Our Commitment to Quality
Every item at WearMyVibe is made to order, by hand, in our Florida studio. We stand behind the quality of our work. If we made a mistake, we will fix it — full stop.
What's Covered (30-Day Quality Guarantee)
We accept returns and offer full refunds or replacements within 30 days of delivery for:
Manufacturing defects — tears, stitching issues, print irregularities, or damage present upon arrival
Printing errors — the design, text, or color on your item doesn't match what you ordered
Wrong item sent — you received a different product, size, or color than what you ordered
If any of the above applies to your order, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. No restocking fee. No hassle.
What's Not Covered
Because every item is custom-made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Customer input errors — misspellings, incorrect names, wrong dates, or other customization mistakes entered by the customer at checkout
- Change of mind — custom-made products cannot be resold, so we are unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse or preference changes
- Sizing issues where the correct size was shipped — please refer to our size guide before ordering
We review every customization before production when possible, but the customer is ultimately responsible for the accuracy of submitted text and design choices.
How to Submit a Return Request
- Email us at support@wearmyvibe.com within 30 days of your delivery date
- Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
- Attach photos of the defect or error (required for processing)
- We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps
Once approved, we'll either send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are not eligible for returns or refunds.
